Required Skills And Experience
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent certification/experience
Minimum 5 years of experience in quality engineering, software engineering, or related roles
Proficiency in backend API testing tools such as Postman or Katalon
Experience building out automation
Prior experience managing a QA team

Develop and implement automation strategies to enhance engineering processes
Identify and address gaps in automated test coverage across products
Define team metrics for quality assessment and continuous improvement
Advocate for testability and drive best engineering practices
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product quality and reliability
