Crosschq is looking for a CS and Sales Solutions Consultant to be part of our Customer Success and Sales teams to deploy cloud products and services for our enterprise customers. This person will have combined expertise in sales strategies, technical knowledge, and customer relationship management to help Crosschq improve our sales processes and outcomes. They often work closely with clients to understand their needs, identify pain points, and provide tailored solutions that drive business growth.

Ideally you come from a professional services or consulting background especially with SaaS and Enterprise technology experience. You work collaboratively with sales team members, product and data teams, and customer success managers to validate in and out of scope requirements and collaboratively manage solutioning. It means keeping up to date on the ever-evolving data and analytics technologies, and working collaboratively with a broad range of people inside and outside the company to be an authoritative resource for Crosschq and its customers.
Responsibilities
As a Solutions Consultant at Crosschq, you will:
Be responsible for delivering exceptional outcomes for our teams and customers hiring intelligence projects.
Effectively diagnose customer problems and map our solutions as part of the broader value story; scope and execute customer journeys by aligning their use cases with Crosschq’s capabilities while also planning for long term expansion and growth.
Be the product expert; know the in’s and out’s of our products from both a technical (backend) and customer experience (front end) perspective to maximize our value propositions.
Scope and execute customer implementations by aligning their use cases with Crosschq’s features while also planning for long term expansion and growth.
Guide customers on architecting and building data integrations into Crosschq’s data cloud; manage customer data inputs including API’s, flat files, and other integrated data sets through constant testing, validation, normalization, and transformation as well as deploying new data collection methodologies.
Run workshops and design sessions with stakeholders and customers.
Lead professional services projects to support offline advanced analytics requests.
In addition to customer engagements, you will work with our internal team to provide feedback and recommendations for our apps based on project experiences to ensure our tooling is continuously improved based on our implementation, maintenance, and optimization experiences.
Create repeatable processes and documentation as a result of customer engagements.
Support both existing customer conversations as well as prospective customer sales pitches in a SME and solution architect-type role.
Preferred Qualifications
University degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics or related fields, or equivalent experience.
Minimum 5 years of experience as a solutions consultant, solutions architect, data engineer, data operations, data scientist, or business analyst.
Experience in Human Resources or Recruiting analytics or operations.
Strong preference for candidates with a background in Industrial-Organizational (I-O) psychology.
Willingness to forge ahead to deliver outcomes for customers in a new arena, with a new product set.
Passion for solving complex customer problems.
Ability to learn new technology and build repeatable solutions/processes.
Ability to anticipate project roadblocks and have mitigation plans in-hand.
Experience in managing Data Warehousing, Business Intelligence, AI/ML, application modernization, or Cloud projects.
Proven track-record of results with multi-party, multi-year digital transformation engagements.
Proven ability to communicate and translate effectively across multiple groups from design and engineering to client executives and technical leaders.
Strong organizational skills, ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Outstanding skills presenting to both technical and executive audiences, whether impromptu on a whiteboard or using presentations.
Hands-on experience in a technical role (SQL, data warehousing, cloud data, analytics, or ML/AI).
Extensive knowledge of and experience with large-scale database technology.
