As a Solutions Consultant at InMoment, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by providing expert consultation and guidance on our Customer Experience (CX) solutions. You will collaborate with prospective and existing clients to understand their needs, design tailored solutions, and demonstrate the value of our offerings. This role is perfect for a technically skilled and client-oriented professional who excels at translating complex requirements into effective solutions and fostering strong client relationships.

Who You Are

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a solutions consulting, pre-sales, or technical sales role, preferably within the SaaS or CX industry.
  • Strong understanding of technical concepts and the ability to effectively communicate these to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate the value of complex solutions clearly and compellingly.
  • Proven ability to design and deliver customized solution demonstrations and presentations that address specific client needs.
  • Solid problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues and provide practical solutions.
  • Experience working with CRM and sales tools, with a focus on data-driven decision-making and client relationship management.
  • Highly organized with strong project management skills, capable of managing multiple client engagements simultaneously.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team, with a proactive approach to client engagements.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to support client meetings, demonstrations, and events.

What You'll Do

  • Act as a technical expert and trusted advisor for prospective and existing clients, providing guidance on InMoment's CX solutions and capabilities.
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments and gather requirements to understand client business objectives and challenges.
  • Design and deliver tailored solution demonstrations and presentations that showcase the value of InMoment's offerings and address client needs.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute account strategies, ensuring alignment with client goals and driving revenue growth.
  • Develop and maintain detailed solution proposals, including technical specifications, implementation plans, and cost estimates.
  • Provide technical support throughout the sales cycle, including responding to RFPs, conducting technical reviews, and addressing client inquiries.
  • Work closely with product development teams to provide feedback on client requirements and inform product enhancements.
  • Assist in the implementation of solutions for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition from sales to deployment.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in customer experience management, sharing insights with internal teams and clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring ongoing satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
