SQL Developer (6-Month Contract, On-Site - Birmingham, AL)
The SQL Developer serves as a key resource across multiple teams within the organization, responsible for providing actionable data insights to support all operational functions. This role focuses on delivering analysis through reporting, optimizing existing tools, and integrating new tools. This person will work across various platforms to create comprehensive narratives from both customer and employee perspectives. The individual must evaluate and understand the current state of business processes, technology, needs, and gaps.

- Common Table Expressions (CTEs)
- Unions and Partitions
- Working with multiple data sources
- Nested / Aggregate Queries
- Cast Function
- Coalesce Function
- Convert Function
- Date Formatting Functions
- Gather, review, and analyze business data, including KPIs and other key metrics using data analytics tools.
- Communicate effectively with key stakeholders.
- Provide performance feedback to leadership regarding metrics.
- Generate and deliver reports using Power BI and SSRS.
- Assist with the integration and implementation of new technologies.
- Utilize data modeling techniques to identify opportunities for operational efficiency.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Minimum 2 years of SQL Development experience.
- Experience with VBA and SSRS is a plus.
- Proficiency with SSMS.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, specifically Excel.
- Experience with Power BI
