JOB OVERVIEW:

The Senior Brand Manager is responsible for leading the Blue Diamond Nut Thins cracker business. This role is pivotal in driving the growth, market presence, and overall success of the Nut Thins brand.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand growth and market share for the Nut Thins cracker line.
• Manage the entire product lifecycle from concept to launch, including packaging, pricing, and distribution strategies.
• Collaborate with the product development/Innovation team to innovate and enhance the portfolio, ensuring it meets consumer needs and preferences.
• Lead the creation and execution of innovative advertising campaigns across digital, social media, and traditional channels to enhance brand awareness and consumer engagement.
• Conduct market research and analyze consumer insights to inform strategic decisions and identify new growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, R&D, Innovation and supply chain to ensure seamless execution of brand initiatives.
• Monitor and analyze brand performance metrics, providing regular reports and actionable insights to senior management.
• Manage the marketing budget effectively to maximize ROI and achieve business objectives.
• Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
  
  

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in brand management, preferably within the food and beverage industry.
• Proven track record of successful product launches and brand growth.
• Experience in developing and executing marketing strategies across various channels, including digital, social media, and traditional media.
• Leadership and team management experience, with the ability to inspire and develop a marketing team.
• Results driven.
• High energy, charismatic, innovative, and creative.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with market research and data-driven decision-making.
• Excellent project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners.

Work Environment

Position highly collaborative and at times demanding; time may be spent working outside of office. Travel required 10% of the time. This is a hybrid role based out of Sacramento, CA with at least 2 days per week on-site (in Sacramento).
