Contract strategy development for new, existing and expiring agreements for med/surg, indirect spend and Captis contracts.
Analyze Member's spend (including member & local contracts); perform market share analysis and interpretation while also leveraging solutions such as the Catalog and other member provided analytic tools.
Identify conversion opportunities and assist with implementation i.e., Value Analysis, supplier negotiations, etc.
Facilitate meetings with internal stakeholders, Value Analysis teams, and suppliers.
Identify savings opportunities by examining total cost and value including, rebates, incentives, administrative fees and other value add services, products and offerings.
Ensure Member is utilizing the correct tier, and paying the correct price based on contract tier eligibility.
Review pricing across the health system to identify price parity opportunities.
Present findings to Member's contracting supply chain stakeholder to validate recommendations.
End to end contract support to include: detailed cost analysis, savings/increase documentation, contract negotiations and document review to final sign off and implementation. (Document review does not replace Members legal review.)
Provide contract training and educational support for the current sourcing team.
Produce monthly project status updates to Member project sponsor and project lead.
