Onward Search is a specialized staffing and talent solutions company that helps professionals find top jobs with the nation’s leading brands. We’re looking to hire a SENIOR COPYWRITER for a leading consumer goods company.

You'll join their dynamic Seller Education division, offering a unique opportunity to work in a startup-like environment with the backing and resources of a leading Fortune 1 company.

This is a full-time 7-12 month contract that could extend/convert. The role is located in located in San Bruno, CA and is onsite for quarterly meetings. The application deadline for this opportunity in Friday, 7/5/24.

As a Senior Copywriter, you will be responsible for the meticulous editing and production of written content for our eLearning content library, which boasts over 500 guides and tutorials. Your primary goal will be to ensure the content is accurate, engaging, and informative.

SR Copywriter Responsibilities:

• Produce and heavily edit written content for eLearning materials
• Ensure content accuracy and engagement
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously
• The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, exceptional writing and editing skills, and experience crafting marketing copy and instructional content.
• Familiarity with writing in this format, the ability to juggle multiple projects, and comfort working both independently and collaboratively are essential for success in this role.

SR Copywriter Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience in an eLearning or product marketing copywriting role
• Experience in tech, eCommerce, or SaaS industries
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• A portfolio of writing projects

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience writing help documentation
• Exceptional grammar, writing, and editing skills
• Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written
• Proven ability to quickly master and learn processes and platforms
• Experience with Contentstack CMS and project management tools including Slack, Asana, JIRA, and Confluence
