Job Description

Pluralsight is seeking a Sr Director to lead and grow our GSI Partnerships. This role will be essential in making GSIs such as Accenture, PwC and others a significant part of the company's overall revenue and growth journey. This leader will create and execute a global partnership vision and strategy with GSIs, aligning closely with Pluralsight’s overall charter and vision. They will be responsible for establishing clear objectives and tactics to drive GSI partnership revenue growth while ensuring alignment with the company's broader goals and values. Their leadership will be essential in guiding Pluralsight through its transformation journey. By leveraging their expertise and vision, this leader will help drive sustainable growth and long-term success for GSIs and AWS.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner closely across all key business organizations (Marketing, Product, etc.) to deliver results for the GSI business at Pluralsight
  • Intimately comprehend, refine and work with existing processes and functional organizations across Pluralsight for harmonious growth with GSIs
  • Evoke an appreciation and understanding for revenue colleagues remit towards end-direct Customers vs Partnerships remit for indirect customers and their specific interests.
  • Collaborate and partner with executives and teams across both the GSIs and Pluralsight organization.
  • Show proficiency on the Pluralsight platform and how it drives partner and customer results.
  • Drive sales excellence to overachieve GSI-Pluralsight quarterly and annual revenue goals
  • Seek and tackle challenges in a creative, entrepreneurial way
  • Be an example of Pluralsight culture and values, live them and inspire others to do the same.
  • Encourage and motivate sales team members to drive value with customers and achieve business results.

Who You Are & What You’ve Done

  • At least 12 years of Partnerships and Indirect Channels experience with 8+ years experience related to building significant business with GSIs
  • Deep and broad relationships with GSI teams and leadership in the US as well as Internationally
  • Consistent track record of delivering on revenue goals with GSIs
  • Excellent business operations skills, including forecasting, pipeline management, and recruiting.
  • Strong enterprise, SaaS, and PaaS technical sales experience with tangible metrics or success.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills.
  • Excellent judgment and decision-making skills.
  • Critical and analytical problem solver as well as creative problem-solving skills.
  • Strong network of talent at all levels (Sales professionals, C-Level execs).

Travel Requirements

While Pluralsight operates under a remote and hybrid work model, we believe that in-person connection and collaboration are important. Recurring travel to our HQ in Utah may be required depending on the role and team member location.

Physical And Mental Requirements

Work is performed in an office (or home office) environment and requires the ability to operate office equipment and keyboards. Sedentary work. Repetitive work. Ability to perform tasks related to documentation, data analysis, transcription and extensive content analysis. Learn new tasks, remember processes, complete tasks independently, and make timely decisions in the context of a workflow.
