About The Role

The Ouro Creative Team is looking for a talented Graphic Designer with a passion for translating brand narratives into visually compelling assets. This role will be specializing in Brand Design, and play a vital role in reshaping and amplifying our brand identity. Working directly with the Art Director of Brand Design, you will contribute to rebuilding and expanding our brand guidelines, executing diverse brand assets, and enhancing our visual presence across retail, digital, social and sponsored events such as Nascar, Leagues Cup, MLB, Austin FC, Real Madrid, SA Spurs, and beyond.

You will collaborate closely with the Art Director and Creative Director to implement and enhance multiple brand guidelines. Your creative expertise will be crucial in executing brand assets, contributing to the development of design systems, and creating visually striking materials for marketing campaigns and brand partnerships. From print to digital and social media, you'll be instrumental in ensuring a consistent and impactful brand representation.

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of design systems that uphold brand consistency and visual excellence.
  • Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to create captivating design elements for marketing campaigns, enhancing the overall visual appeal and effectiveness.
  • Play a key role in designing assets for brand partnerships, ensuring seamless integration and representation of our brand identity.
  • Deliver inspiring, provocative, and disruptive designs
  • Produce a range of creative assets, knowing when to apply pixel-perfect attention to detail and when to make low-fi sketches and prototypes
  • Generate visually appealing assets for print, digital, and social media platforms, maintaining a cohesive brand presence across diverse channels.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of professional brand design/visual design experience; ideally a mix of agency and in-house roles, demonstrated through a strong portfolio.
  • Ability to work effectively within a team, taking direction from the Art Director and contributing creatively to achieve shared objectives.
  • An impeccable eye for design and a desire to push beyond the status quo while ensuring a quality, cutting-edge, final product
  • Proficient in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite and Figma, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to design excellence.
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic environment with evolving project requirements, demonstrating flexibility and a proactive approach.
  • Detail-focused design skills.
  • Portfolio required when applying.
  • A bachelor’s degree or any combination of education, training, and experience in graphic design or a related field.
