The Sr. Maintenance equipment engineer will be responsible for maintenance and management of Wafer equipment at the QCELLS's new factory in Cartersville. This includes improvements for process machines. The Sr. Maintenance equipment engineer will be a key member of the equipment team and will work closely with other departments to ensure smooth operations of the facility.
Responsibilities
Responsible for tasks related to equipment maintenance
Machine operation rates must be kept high
Installation of new equipment and management of related installation companies
Equipment improvement project progress and management
Coordinates with other departments to ensure smooth operation of equipment
Manage the inventory and usage of spare parts for equipment
Write and present documents as needed, such as scheduling meetings and preparing reports
Required Qualifications
Equipment failure analysis ability
Process equipment maintenance management experience
Project management skills
Understanding of electrical and mechanical principles
Bachelor's degree in electrical, mechanical and electronic engineering, or related fields
More than 3 years of experience in equipment maintenance management and improvement
Experience in carrying out equipment improvement projects
Electrical and mechanical license
Experience or qualifications in the semiconductor or photovoltaic industry
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
Preferred Qualifications
Chinese or Korean language skills.
