We currently have a very exciting opportunity available with our client for a Sr. Project Manager, Talent Platforms . This will be a fully remote role , must be able to accommodate meetings in Pacific Time Zone, and will be a 12-month contract.

As a Sr. Project Manager in the Talent Platforms team, you will independently and as part of broader project teams , to project manage initiatives in partnership with the HR technology teams that focus on addressing user needs. Communicating new releases and changes in ways that excite and empowers the Talent team.

In this role, you will leverage your deep understanding of project management and talent processes to drive project work through all phases. You will partner with cross-functional teams to represent the Talent teams' needs and deliver against work plans and enable complex implementations. We are looking for a versatile PM with depth in talent tech (Talent Acquisition and/or Talent Development), processes, and people - someone who loves a good flowchart, getting curious with technology systems, and developing, and executing against communications and project plans.

Responsibilities

• Project management of key Talent initiatives including technology platforms across Talent Acquisition and Talent Development (For example, ATS, CRM LMS)
• Drive project execution through management of project timeline, deliverables, team accountability, and issue and risk management
• Stakeholder and change management across a large group of cross functional leaders and partners
• Vendor management and relationship development, internally and externally to the company
• Create and maintain documentation of business processes and workflows and ensures they are up to date
• Additional duties as assigned
  
  

Qualifications

• 8+ years in a Talent, Human Resources or people operations team function, in program/project management capacity (required)
• Strong execution and experience hosting and delivering on global complex projects.
• Experience and knowledge of project management related to the implementation of HR/Talent Systems, Technology and/or Tools.
• Proficiency or familiarity with HR software systems, such as Workday HCM, SmartRecruiters ATS or Cornerstone on Demand LMS.
• Demonstrated experience and effective execution of project methodologies and project management tools as a workstream lead or project manager.
• Proven track record building and executing enterprise-wide global programs, delivering results to a broad range of stakeholders through successful solution design and implementation.
• Consulting skills and demonstrated ability to work in a team environment, as a team leader and member.
• Proven ability to manage end-to-end change management process to support the project across all key milestones including audience impact analysis, change and communication planning and execution.
• Ability to speak and write clearly, concisely, and compellingly. Is honest, open, and thoughtful in words and in action. Able to present a convincing argument to senior executives.
• Attention to detail - highly diligent and focused on driving issues both big and small to completion.
• Demonstrated success working in a team environment on multiple project workstreams with changing priorities. Works exceptionally well across functional groups.
• Ability to effectively manage time, prioritize tasks and work within deadlines with little supervision.
  
  

Pay Range

• The pay range for this position is $ 68.00 to $ 84.99 per hour . Compensation will vary depending on location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This range is subject to change.
