Sr. Property Manager - RETAIL

We are currently seeking a Senior Property Manager for a client with a rapidly expanding and impressive property portfolio. This role offers a unique opportunity to be both a coach and a player within the organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing an Assistant Property Manager and managing approximately 5 mid to large retail power/grocery anchored centers located in the Pearland/ Baybrook area. Additionally, this individual will serve as the primary contact for third-party property service relationships.
