Job Summary

Responsible for assisting in the execution of Employee Wellness Program. Conducts health risk assessments, provide coaching/counseling and assist in development of wellness goals for participants of the program. Assists Wellness Team with designing and facilitating educational opportunities based on the needs of the employees and through analysis of data collected. Hours will fluctuate based on needs of program. Must be willing to travel between various Baptist locations in Northeast Florida. Cert Note: BLS required within 90 days of hire.
