Lead and manage development projects from conception to completion.
Oversee project design, ensuring it meets technical requirements and adheres to budget constraints.
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior staff members.
Qualifications (both Positions)
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field from an accredited college or university.
Strong understanding of the development review process
Solid knowledge of civil engineering principles and design practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to connect with various stakeholders
The ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Additional Qualifications For Senior Staff Engineer
Registration as a Professional Engineer (PE) in the State of Colorado required (or PE licensure in another US State with the ability to gain Colorado licensure within 6 months of hire).
A minimum of 7 years of increasingly responsible experience in Engineering is preferred.
