Steel Erector Foreman

Description:

Looking for a skilled foreman looking for a long-term career opportunity to grow their knowledge and lead our crew.

Responsibilities:

• You will be responsible with planning and coordinating all labor, materials, and equipment required to complete projects.
• You will be directing the crew and reviewing blueprints to help direct the project to stay on task.
• You will be performing quality control duties regarding the work being performed.
• You will also be working alongside crews and directly perform craftsperson/field tasks.
• You will be responsible with facilitating team development and growth, employee skill development, problem-solving and resolution.
• You will be responsible with building employee commitment and ownership and holding employees accountable.
  
  

Additional Skills and Qualifications:

• 5+ years of steel and/or precast erection experience preferred
