About the Role:
We're looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of highly engaging, innovative partner marketing programs that fuel our growth.
Responsibilities:
Own and nurture marketing relationships with some of our largest and most high-profile partners
Develop annual co-marketing strategies and plans with key partners and establish "buy-in" from internal and external stakeholders
Execute integrated co-marketing campaigns from strategy and concept, through production, implementation, delivery and reporting
Build integrated marketing programs in collaboration with the Strategy & Operations teams that drive against partner goals
Work closely with internal marketing teams to integrate partner strategies within owned brand campaigns
Manage day-to-day operations of partner marketing efforts, including paid media, promotions, emails, in-app experiences, website content, and status meetings
Manage paid media strategies and campaign execution for partners to increase signups and delivery orders in both in house and partner channels
Create project briefs for individual campaign assets, project manage the creation of campaign assets and provide status updates to stakeholders
Create regular internal and partner-facing reports to track campaign and promotion performance
Use a data-first approach to optimize campaigns against our goals, improve profitability, and drive results
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or higher; MBA a plus
6+ years’ experience in Integrated Marketing either at a consumer brand, tech company or integrated agency
Paid Media campaign experience (Social)
Promo Strategy experience
Experience working with Notable Brand Partnerships
Demonstrable success establishing and achieving business goals through marketing
Demonstrable experience leading cross functional workstreams and balancing multiple objectives and constraints
Strong organization skills - you can efficiently manage 5-10 campaigns and promotions at the same time
A knack for self-starting, thriving in a fast-paced and changing environment
A strong creative mind and attention to detail
Data fluency - you’re able to validate impact and inform plans
Pay range and compensation package:
Pay: $65-72/hr. W2
6+ month full time contract
