About the Role:

We're looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of highly engaging, innovative partner marketing programs that fuel our growth.


Responsibilities:

  • Own and nurture marketing relationships with some of our largest and most high-profile partners
  • Develop annual co-marketing strategies and plans with key partners and establish "buy-in" from internal and external stakeholders
  • Execute integrated co-marketing campaigns from strategy and concept, through production, implementation, delivery and reporting
  • Build integrated marketing programs in collaboration with the Strategy & Operations teams that drive against partner goals
  • Work closely with internal marketing teams to integrate partner strategies within owned brand campaigns
  • Manage day-to-day operations of partner marketing efforts, including paid media, promotions, emails, in-app experiences, website content, and status meetings
  • Manage paid media strategies and campaign execution for partners to increase signups and delivery orders in both in house and partner channels
  • Create project briefs for individual campaign assets, project manage the creation of campaign assets and provide status updates to stakeholders
  • Create regular internal and partner-facing reports to track campaign and promotion performance
  • Use a data-first approach to optimize campaigns against our goals, improve profitability, and drive results


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher; MBA a plus
  • 6+ years’ experience in Integrated Marketing either at a consumer brand, tech company or integrated agency
  • Paid Media campaign experience (Social)
  • Promo Strategy experience
  • Experience working with Notable Brand Partnerships
  • Demonstrable success establishing and achieving business goals through marketing
  • Demonstrable experience leading cross functional workstreams and balancing multiple objectives and constraints
  • Strong organization skills - you can efficiently manage 5-10 campaigns and promotions at the same time
  • A knack for self-starting, thriving in a fast-paced and changing environment
  • A strong creative mind and attention to detail
  • Data fluency - you’re able to validate impact and inform plans


Pay range and compensation package:

Pay: $65-72/hr. W2
