Substitute Teacher - Remote | WFH

Join our community, a premier pre-kindergarten through 8th grade institution located just eleven miles west of Boston, MA. We are currently seeking substitute teachers for all grade levels who are passionate about education and eager to contribute to our dynamic learning environment.

Position Overview

Candidates should possess motivation, curiosity, and a genuine enjoyment of working with students. Essential qualities include collegiality, flexibility, a nurturing disposition, and a deep commitment to fostering a love of learning among students.

Responsibilities

Provide effective and respectful classroom management in accordance with educational philosophy.

Collaborate within a team-oriented environment to support student success.

Demonstrate an understanding of children's social and emotional development.

Uphold an exceptional work ethic and contribute to a positive school culture.

Qualifications

Previous teaching experience and familiarity with remote learning platforms preferred.

Strong communication skills and an adaptable, thoughtful approach to teaching.

Schedule And Compensation

This position is on-call and hourly, with schedules varying based on availability and school needs. The current pay rate is $25/hour.
