Position Overview

The Superintendent for High End/Luxury Residential will oversee the construction of high-end, custom homes in both single family and multi-family settings. This position requires a highly skilled and experienced construction professional with a strong background in residential construction and a focus on delivering top-quality, luxury homes.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate all aspects of construction for high end/luxury residential projects
• Create and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely completion of projects
• Manage and supervise subcontractors and laborers to ensure quality work and adherence to project plans and specifications
• Ensure projects are completed within budget and make necessary adjustments as needed
• Maintain a safe and organized work site, following all safety protocols and regulations
• Communicate regularly with clients and provide updates on project progress
• Address any issues or delays promptly and effectively to keep projects on track
• Proactively identify and resolve any potential issues or challenges that may arise during the construction process
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to ensure project goals and plans are aligned
• Maintain accurate and detailed project documentation and reports
  
  

Qualifications

At least 5+ years of experience:

• Construction Management or Superintendent
• Residential Background
• Single Family Luxury or High End Multi-Family Projects
• Construction
• General Contracting
