Job Duties And Responsibilities

Monitor staffing levels to ensure budgetary compliance.
Assign work to team members.
Participate in interviewing and selecting new team members.
Train and develop team members.
Issue disciplinary action as needed.
Investigate incidents and guest complaints and produce summary report of findings.
Review Security activities with Security Manager.
Observe, identify and appropriately address intoxicated guests.
Check for and report safety hazards.
Serve as team leader for emergency response drills and evacuations.
Maintain strict confidentiality relative to financial information, company policies and procedures, and team member and guest information.
Produce and deliver reports as required.
Respond to all calls promptly and professionally.
Manage escalated situations involving guests to include intoxicated guests.
Have complete knowledge of all casino events and promotional activities.
Keep work area in a clean and orderly manner.
Ensure the safety and security of all guests and team members.
Comply with all policies and procedures established by the Casino and departmental management.
Other duties as assigned.
Working Conditions/Essential Functions
Ability to use all equipment associated with the position, including, but not limited to, computer keyboard and telephone.
Ability to use security related equipment, including flashlight, two-way radio, etc.
Ability to multi-task.
Ability to read, write, and understand complex instructions and communicate them to subordinates in a way that can be easily interpreted.
Ability to complete tasks in an interruptive environment under time pressures.
Ability to communicate effectively with guests and all levels of employees.
Prolonged periods of standing and walking.
Ability to work in a brightly lit, smoke filled casino environment with above average noise levels.
Standing, Walking, Bending, Lifting up to 30 pounds
Availability to work 24-hours hours a day, 7 days a week, varied work schedules, weekends, and holidays.
Knowledge of internal controls.
Knowledge of applicable OSHA regulations.
Understand and adhere to all Missouri Gaming Commission regulations and any other applicable federal, state or local regulations.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
A high school diploma or GED is preferred.
Must be able to obtain and maintain Valid MGC Level 2 Gaming license.
Must be able to receive and maintain all required certification.
Must complete all required company training.
