The Carlstar Group is looking for a Supply Chain Analyst to join the team at our Franklin, TN corporate headquarters.

Position Summary
As a Supply Chain Analyst, you will play a crucial role as an independent contributor by supporting our manufacturing and operational planning processes. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient production scheduling, inventory management, financial analysis and reporting, and supporting supply chain optimization. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional with 2+ years of experience in supply chain or financial analyst, or related fields to contribute to our dynamic and growing organization. This position will report to the Global Planning Manager.

Carlstar seeks an action-oriented, self-driven, candidate that possesses a combination of education, skills and experience that align with the demands of the position.
- Conduct data and financial analysis and generate reports to support decision-making processes related to production planning, inventory management, and supply chain operations.
- Prepare, consolidate, and analyze financial and operations reports utilizing data provided by respective teams.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including supply chain, finance, production, and logistics, to address challenges and ensure seamless communication and coordination.
- Participate in regular meetings to discuss demand trends, production plans, inventory status, and any potential issues affecting the supply chain.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains within the SIOP (sales, inventory, and operations planning) process.
- Assist in the implementation of process improvements to enhance efficiency and reliability within the planning function.
- Particularly strong in data gathering and analytics using Excel, SQL, Power BI and other similar tools and identifying areas for improvement.
- Able to aggregate large amounts of data into useful and presentable information.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Finance, Operations Research, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in planning, supply chain, finance, role, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (SQL, PowerBI) and ERP software (JD E1)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes, supply chain management, and inventory control.
