Key Responsibilities
End-to-End Supply Chain Management: Oversee all aspects of our supply chain operations, from procurement to distribution, ensuring seamless delivery to both our direct-to-consumer platform and esteemed retail partners.
Vendor and Partner Relations: Cultivate strong relationships with our 3PL warehouse team and retail partners to ensure timely and accurate shipments, meeting and exceeding expectations.
Operational Efficiency: Identify opportunities for process optimization and cost-saving initiatives through strategic negotiations and innovative solutions.
Inventory and Procurement Management: Manage inventory counts, monitor slow-moving inventory, and coordinate procurement processes to maintain optimal stock levels while minimizing costs.
Qualifications
Experience: 5+ years in operations within the beauty, skincare, or haircare industry, with a proven track record in managing relationships with major retailers like Ulta Beauty, Sephora, or Target.
Technical Skills: Familiarity with EDI programs such as SPS, OpenText, and PIM Portal, coupled with excellent organizational and communication abilities.
