Job Description
This position performs technical drafting and design support for assigned survey projects. Prepares legal descriptions and exhibits, back-checking field data, right-of-way design, and acquisition documents on multiple projects. This role requires planning, organizing, and problem-solving with strong client service attitude, a self-motivated approach, and the ability to manage a variety of tasks in a high-quality manner within a dynamic team environment both in-person and remote.

Will need the ability to establish rapport quickly with others working on the same project, and be able to promote a positive team environment. Working knowledge of dealing with a diverse population while using tact, diplomacy, and respect.

Job Description

Job Qualifications (Education, Experience, And Skills)
- Minimum Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum five (5) years of related CAD experience using AutoCAD Civil3D (2018 and Up) and MicroStation (SS10, INROADS, OPENROADS, CONNECT EDITION)
- Experience using the additional Tools: TBC, SCENE, TOPODOT, CYCLONE (MODEL or 3DR)
- Experience using Agisoft Metashape, Pix4D, or Similar
- Understanding of the following AutoDesk software: Revit, Recap Pro, Navisworks, Inraworks, and Cloud Compare
- Valid Driver's License, with the ability to maintain insurability under the company's insurance carrier
- Communicative – interacts openly with others; can maintain relationships, works well independently or with a team.
