Our work is grounded in evidence-based strategies for adults and adolescents suffering from eating disorders. We work from a multi-disciplinary treatment team approach while integrating state-of-the-art medical, psychiatric, nutritional, and clinical strategies to provide comprehensive care within an intimate home setting.

 

Monte Nido & Affiliates is in search of a SVP of Growth to oversee our Outreach/Business Development team at the company. As the SVP, you will play a critical role in driving the growth and success of our organization.

 

As the SVP of Growth, you will play a critical role in expanding the company's reach, building relationships with referral sources, and ensuring a smooth and efficient admissions process for clients seeking treatment. This position offers an opportunity to make a significant impact on the lives of those struggling with eating disorders and related mental health issues.

 

Strategic Insights and Growth

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to increase brand visibility, build relationships, and generate referrals for our treatment programs to achieve business objectives, revenue growth targets, and expand market presence.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitive landscape, and potential growth areas for the company.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to evaluate the effectiveness of outreach efforts, engagement initiatives, and admissions processes.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to stay ahead of the curve.

Sales & Outreach

  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of outreach professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key referral sources, including therapists, physicians, psychiatrists, hospitals, schools, community organizations, advocacy groups and other relevant healthcare professionals and stakeholders.
  • Set sales team goals annually and quarterly, including the development of quarterly quota targets in alignment with budget and growth projections.
  • Develop sales and variable compensation plans for sales team members that incentivizes consistent, high performance and alignment of team goals with company trajectory.
  • Prepare regular reports and presentations for the executive team and Board of Directors, highlighting key performance metrics and providing strategic recommendations for improvement.
  • Complete saturation analysis to validate team size/geographic alignment.

Strategic Partnerships and Care Collaborations

  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with key stakeholders, including outpatient providers/companies, referral sources, healthcare professionals, and community organizations.
  • Establish and nurture partnerships with organizations, institutions, and key influencers to raise awareness of our services and promote collaboration in the field.
  • Identify new business development opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations to expand the reach and impact of our programs.
  • Identify and pursue strategic opportunities for community engagement, including events, conferences, workshops, and speaking engagements.

 

  • A minimum of 10 years of progressively responsible experience in sales or business development preferably in the healthcare or behavioral health industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully driving sales, generating referrals, and meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
  • Strong ability to draw insights from sales data, claims data, etc. - experience with Salesforce required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • In-depth knowledge of the mental health landscape and familiarity with eating disorder treatment is a plus.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and develop effective strategies.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving measurable outcomes and continuous improvement.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
