SVP of Operations

The Senior Vice President of Operations, reporting directly to the CEO, is tasked with creating and managing a comprehensive array of programs and services that support the deployment, maintenance, and support of electric vehicle charging stations throughout the United States and Canada. The successful candidate will operate with a constant sense of urgency, implementing processes and management methodologies to ensure rapid company growth, improved margins, on-time delivery, network reliability, and most importantly, an exceptional customer experience.

You'll be responsible for EPC Project Management, Tech Support, Stations Operations, Customer Onboarding, Customer Success, and Facilities and Amenities.

Responsibilities

• Produce annual operation forecasting report and strategy
• Oversee and evaluate day-to-day operations
• Identify new market opportunities to accelerate growth
• Present operational strategy recommendations to the CEO based on your market research

Qualifications

• 10 - 15 years' of executive experience, EV Charging background preferred
• Strategic planning and business development experience
• Strong written and verbal and presentation skills
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
