Compensation Range

Hourly: $22.60 - $26.70 (Amount based on relevant experience, skills, and competencies.)

About This Job

The main purpose of this job is to proactively manage cross department pipelines, communications, updates, and process improvements.

Essential Functions

  • Lead and facilitate cross-functional meetings, across business lines within the department, as well as with individuals across the Bank, to support projects and enhancements by evaluating processes, analyzing data and to provide requirements
  • Create appropriate documentation for stakeholders, end users, and scope of responsibility
  • Assist in defining high level repeatable processes and templates across the teams
  • Prepare documentation and conduct training to assist with end-user adoption of process and system changes
  • Drive identification of requirements across business units through thorough processes evaluation and train end-users on process and/or system changes
  • Help business leaders identify desired outcomes and help develop a prioritized roadmap while gaining alignment across different business units
  • Monitor and escalate risks and issues, as appropriate
  • Manage annual plan documentation for team business objectives
  • Work with director to execute the various events and communications to team members, including town halls (some weekly, monthly, or quarterly)
  • Create presentations for director and other senior leaders (includes developing story outline and creating presentation documents)
  • Review data and compare reports, trends, variance analysis to identify discrepancies and patterns
  • Adhere to project deadlines and commitments while exceeding customer expectations of professionalism
  • Independently develop and execute small projects and assist to develop and execute medium size projects
  • Perform other duties as assigned

  • Intermediate level proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, SharePoint and OneNote

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required
  • 2+ years related business analysis experience required

This compensation range is for the Systems Analyst I - Merchant job and contemplates a wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including but not limited to location, skill sets, education, relevant experience and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for any applicable differentials (geographic, bilingual, or shift) that could be associated with the position or where it is filled. At Commerce, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role, and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each situation. A reasonable estimate of the current base pay is $22.60 to $26.70 per hour. This position will be eligible for additional compensation through performance-based incentive plan(s) that will correspond to meeting performance goals.
