Position: Systems Architect (ServiceNow / Active Directory)
Location: Albany, NY (HYBRID)
Mandatory Requirements
We are actively seeking candidates with the following qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in a Computer Related Field.
Proven experience in designing technical solutions and capabilities that are scalable and adaptable based on customer business requirements.
Expertise in documenting and communicating architectural requirements, including the preparation of technical documentation such as Bill of Materials (BoM), Server Diagrams, System Context Diagrams, etc.
Hands-on experience with ServiceNow (ITSM) Modules and Workflows.
Proficiency in working with Active Directory Services and ADFS.
Familiarity with integrating applications with ny.gov/Okta.
Knowledge and understanding of County and Voluntary Agency access to NYS Systems.
Familiarity with NYS ITS Virtual Desktop Service offering.
