GEICO is seeking a Talent Acquisition Executive Scheduling & Onboarding Analyst to join our Talent Acquisition team. This individual will assist in the creation and communication of onboarding program strategy, framework, curriculum, and collateral for all new hire populations, including executives.

Responsibilities:
- Leads/Collaborates with/Supports cross-functional teams to ensure seamless onboarding experience.
- Communicates onboarding program framework and processes to stakeholders companywide to ensure cross-team alignment.
- Collaborates with Site Operations Leadership team on the structure & delivery of Site Welcome Sessions for Operations new hires.
- Facilitates change management communication regarding program updates to cross-functional stakeholders, including but not limited to: Talent Acquisition Leadership, Technology and Equipment partners, Training, Hiring Managers, HRBPs and additional support staff.
- Coordinates with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure successful onboarding of incoming new hires, including but not limited to: Talent Acquisition, Technology and Equipment partners, Training, Hiring Managers, and Site Management.
- Supports leadership and collaborates regarding a creative and innovative approach to embed strategic solutions at every stage of the talent lifecycle.
- Facilitates & supports the content and facilitation of GEICO 101 curriculum.
- Liaises with Subject Matter Experts to ensure curriculum is accurate and reflects current state policies.
- Works closely with eLearning team to design and create an engaging course for optimal new hire experience.
- Owns communication and manages changes and facilitation expectations with Trainers from all Lines of Business and their leadership teams.
- Leads feedback sessions with GEICO 101 facilitators to identify program opportunities and implement improvements.
- Collaborates with the Executive Communications team on the delivery of executive announcements.
- Business Owner on behalf of People Team of all Workday Onboarding related functionalities, including but not limited to:
- Onboarding Business Process
- Onboarding Tasks
- Start Date adjustment functionalities
- Onboarding Dashboard
- New Hire Onboarding Journey
- Identifies opportunities, research potential solutions with Workday technical owners, creates technical requirements documents, completes user testing of updates, and communicates system changes to all stakeholders.
- Collaborates with People Analytics to develop and administer New Hire Onboarding Survey to measure success and gather feedback on current onboarding program.
- Adheres to the GEICO code of conduct, company policies and operating principles.
- 1-5 years Training and coordinator experience required
- Experience with PowerBI, Workday
- Proven history of talent acquisition and onboarding strategy experience
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Strong facilitation and presentation skills
- Comfortable engaging with all levels of the organization
- Ability to maintain upmost confidentiality with extremely sensitive situations
- Must be able to, with or without accommodation, perform the essential functions which include but are not limited to seeing, hearing, typing and speaking
- Must be able to communicate in a professional manner by verbal and/or digital communication channels
- Must be able to follow complex instructions, resolve conflicts and facilitate conflict resolution, and have strong organization/priority setting skills
- Mus be able to multi-task
- Must be able to learn and apply procedural documentation, draft and finalize requirements documents with collaboration from stakeholders, and liaise with technical partners
