The Opportunity
Join our rapidly growing organization as a Talent Acquisition Manager where you will play a crucial role in building top-tier teams across all departments. In this position, you'll own the full talent acquisition lifecycle, including candidate management, process management, & stakeholder management, as you serve as a strategic talent partner to our various business leaders. You'll drive the end-to-end talent identification & attraction process from sourcing & prospecting candidates to managing internal/external communication & promoting our employer brand on social media. You'll be part of a dedicated team focused on hiring & retaining the industry's top talent, collaborating on strategies & best practices pipeline growth, employee engagement, & more.

What You'll Be Doing:
Owning the full talent acqusition lifecycle in support of ISMG's various growing business units.
Managing end-to-end recruitment & hiring efforts including candidate sourcing & outreach, applicant review, pre-screening & skills assessment, process management, offer & employment terms negotiation, employee agreement execution, & facilitating new hire onboarding plans.
Utilizing a variety of resources, tools, & creative strategies to effectively identify & attract top talent to meet organizational needs.
Developing long-term recruitment strategies aligned with business goals.
Collaborating with hiring managers to identify & attract top candidates.
Recruiting talent through LinkedIn, social media, job boards, & events.
Scheduling & assisting with interviews & preparing hiring materials.
Drafting job descriptions & posting ads on digital platforms.
Managing candidate data in the applicant tracking system.
Providing detailed recruiting reports & maintaining data integrity.
Assisting with company culture activities & events while promoting company values & reputation
Acting as a leader, setting & maintaining standards of excellence.
Performing other duties as assigned.
What You'll Bring for Success:
Bachelor's degree or higher in related field.
5+ years of experience in a full-cycle Recruitment role encompassing talent identification & attraction, process management, & stakeholder management.
Ability to create & implement effective sourcing strategies for various roles & departments such as Sales, IT/Development, Marketing, Design, Editorial, Administration, etc.
Advanced proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter & other industry-standard recruitment tools.
Excellent verbal & written communication skills & ability to craft effective candidate outreach messaging.
Experience engaging with internal stakeholders & business leaders, providing a high-level of service, support, & advisory.
Ability to learn quickly & course-correct as necessary to meet goals.
Familiarity with hiring & recruitment laws, regulations, & best practices.
Ability to work in a fast-pace environment & adapt to change.
Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
Proactive & independent with strong initiative.
Proficiency with applicant tracking software.
SHRM Talent Acquisition Specialty Credential is a plus.

We operate locally out of our HQ in Princeton, NJ & Manhattan, NYC office.
