Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring talented individuals who align with our company culture and meet our business needs. Roles And Responsibilities

  • Recruitment Strategy Development: Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Sourcing and Screening: Utilize various channels (job boards, social media, networking, etc.) to actively source and attract top-tier talent. Review resumes and credentials for appropriateness of skills, experience, and knowledge in relation to position requirements.
  • Candidate Engagement: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including initial assessments, interviews, and offer negotiations. Provide an exceptional candidate experience throughout the process.
  • Employer Branding: Assist in the development and promotion of the employer brand to attract top talent. Represent the company positively in all interactions with candidates.
  • Data Management: Maintain accurate and organized documentation on all candidates, searches, hiring decisions, and other recruiting activities to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with HR team members, hiring managers, and other stakeholders to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process. Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment metrics and activities.

Skills And Qualifications

  • Experience: Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Recruitment Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of recruitment best practices, including sourcing, interviewing techniques, and candidate assessment methods.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and work collaboratively with diverse teams.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines effectively.
  • Technology Proficiency: Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR databases. Experience with social media recruiting and other sourcing tools is a plus.
  • Problem-Solving Ability: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically to identify and resolve recruitment challenges.
  • Ethics and Integrity: High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information.
