This is full-time onsite Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm in Aventura, FL - No remote options

Position Overview: We are seeking a high-impact and experienced Technical Business Analyst to enhance our information technology systems and streamline our business processes. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in system development, application design, and process improvement. In this role, you will evaluate applications and third-party programs to optimize our business operations, ensuring seamless integration and user proficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth system analyses on software programs, applications, and web services.
• Develop meaningful and lasting relationships with partners for optimized systems integration and respond to questions and concerns from managers and executives with supporting research and recommendations.
• Report findings to management and obtain approval for system development projects.
• Integrate new business workflows, systems, programs, and applications with existing operations.
• Analyze and enhance the performance of web-based customer portals and support services.
• Ensure end-user proficiency with new systems, programs, and applications across departments through training and support.
• Monitor product licenses and ensure compliance with IT industry regulations.
• Partner with stakeholders across business units (ex: Leadership team, professional team, investor relations)
• Promote business efficiency and security by integrating performance metrics, encryption, and best business practices.
• Implement new advancements in system development and enterprise architecture.
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ of experience in technical business analytics and systems development
• High proficiency with SQL and database management
• Experience in generating process documentation and reports
• Excellent communication skill, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and outcomes
• Accredited qualification in management consultancy or a related discipline is preferred.
• Familiarity with property management suites such as AppFolio and CRM platforms like HubSpot is desired
• Experience in designing and maintaining efficient customer portal support and feedback channels.
• Expertise in integrated diagnostics to ensure optimal system functionality.
• Advanced knowledge of data security and encryption standards.
• Ability to stay current with IT advancements and industry trends.
• Exceptional communication skills to facilitate the adoption and use of new software systems.
• In-depth knowledge of relevant licensing and industry compliance regulations.
