Lenmar is seeking a Technical Services Manager for a global flexible packaging company. This position will be on-site out of their Elizabethtown, KY location and will require up to 25% travel with the potential for occasional international travel. There is extensive opportunity to grow within this organization and they are looking for someone who is interested in a long-term role.
Job Responsibilities
-Perform technical support in developing new products by marketing team.
-Test and run feasibility checks and ensure that new products run smoothly.
-Maintenance of Customer Complaint Management System (CCMS).
-Provide guidance to the team to help solve queries/troubleshooting various issues etc.
-Liaising with the respective department for solution of the complaints.
-Preparation of MIS reports on technical support issues, develop FAQ for end users etc.
-Support the new product development team in configuration of products.
-Gain an understanding of converting process & applications
-Responsible to supervise new development and modification in PE recipes, standardization and monitoring of PE samples
Qualifications
-B. Tech/B.E/Diploma in Polymer / Chemical Engineering
-15 to 20 years of work exp. in the same line.
-Technical knowledge of all Films & Flexible Packaging Background is a major plus
-Should have worked in technical services role
-Should have team lead experience and excellent leadership skills.
