Top Technology Client looking for Technical Support Engineer in Orlando, FL

Position: Technical Support Engineer 

Location: Orlando, FL  32826 (Hybrid Role)

Duration: 12+ months (Contract to Hire Opportunity)

Pay Range: $30-35/hr

Key Responsibilities:

• Will be responsible for managing and resolving challenging issues for partners and customers.


• Manage and resolve complex technical issues, providing code-level analysis and solutions


• Debug JavaScript code as well as find better solutions to custom code.


• Responsible for performing Case triaging based on their priority (P1,P2..)


• Junior / Associate level Frontend Engineer/Developers will work as well

Required Skills:

• Strong JAVA or Javascript experience


• Solid troubleshooting and debugging skills


• Knowledge of Web stack or web development background will be helpful


• SQL - writing and reading queries


• Any Ticketing tool experience


• Soft skills: Behavioural aspects are important


• Should be Adaptive to work in the fast paced environment.


• Strong communication skills


• Bachelor's degree will be helpful
