I'm looking for Manufacturing Systems Support Analysts in Charlotte/Concord to join a Lifesciences/Pharma Manufacturing organization as they look to grow their technical teams internally.
You will be responsible for providing tier-1 technical support and resolving issues for their internal Manufacturing Systems & Warehouse Applications and collaborating with cross-functional teams internally to ensure efficient resolution.
Required experience:
Demonstrable experience providing technical support for systems or applications in a manufacturing environment
Ability to effectively triage issues to find resolution or escalate them to the relevant team internally
Issue management experience
These roles will be working onsite in their Charlotte factory location.
