Our client, the nation's largest car wash services manufacturer and the world's largest car wash manufacturer, is looking for a dynamic Technical Trainer to join their team in Tamarac, FL (Ft. Lauderdale area). This is your chance to make a significant impact by educating internal team members and clients on cutting-edge Controls products.
Key Responsibilities:
Become an expert in car wash industry technology products and gain a thorough understanding of car wash operations and controls.
Assist in delivering both classroom and remote training sessions on CarWash Controls operations.
Contribute to the creation and updating of training programs to support the growth of the Controls Training department and adapt to industry changes.
Assist in creating and updating company manuals to ensure all training materials are current and comprehensive.
Continuing education and training for Tech Support and Field Tech associates.
Coordinate training sessions with customers to meet their specific needs.
Keep an up-to-date knowledge base of features and procedures to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment between training initiatives and business goals.
Provide resolution and response a timely and accurate manner
Be willing to work a flexible schedule and travel as required.
Assist with any assigned projects to contribute to the team's success.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma/GED required; college degree preferred.
At least 2+ years in a training role with classroom training experience.
Strong knowledge of car wash operations and a thorough understanding of car wash controls is highly desired.
