Responsibilities
Ensure all SOPs and their related Help Center articles are up-to-date and written clearly
The Technical Writer must maintain an SOP tracker to ensure 90% of SOPs have a last reviewed/updated/created date of 6 months.
This tracker should also track changes to each SOP and the status of those changes.
Write and copy edit SOPs to meet client standards.
Use simple terminology wherever possible.
Write SOPs in a numbered step format.
Ensure each step can be followed, with applicable pictures where needed.
Assist in logical validation of processes with appropriate PoCs.
