Role Summary:
Reporting to the General Manager, the Territory Manager is responsible for total branch performance in accordance with company policy and procedures, including Customers, Operations, Store profitability, and management/development of staff.

The essential duties and responsibilities of the Territory Manager will consist of, but are not limited to, the following:
Education: High School Diploma Analytics/Computer Skills: Prior experience working with Microsoft Office Suite Organization Skills: Excellent organizational, ability to multi-tasking and shift priorities as needed Cross-functional skills: Works well cross-functionally; provides excellent internal and external customer service Communication Skills: Ability to communicate well with all levels of the organization; excellent negotiating skills; excellent presentation skills to influence, strong interpersonal and customer service skills; high degree of discretion when dealing with sensitive and confidential information Leadership: Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills Physical, Mental and Visual Skills: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. - Physical Environment: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is exposed to temperature conditions prevalent at the time. The noise level in the work environment is consistent with that of a manufacturer.
- Travel: Must be able to travel; customer visitation and offsite work activities require a good driving record and a dependable vehicle
- Work Experience: Knowledge of electrical industry
