Responsibilities:

  • Have basic understanding of RAC market, well know about RAC and LCAC products. Work closely with channel network, collect market information, analysis of products between Midea and other brands, and propose 3-year product planning and suggestions for product optimization and improvement for the Russia market based on market demand.
  • Cooperate with BU and China team for channel expansion and customer development of Professional channel, and at the same time make market channel information into a channel map and share it with the China headquarters
  • Assist BU to formulate and implement marketing plans suitable for the market, improve brand exposure and increase Sell-out sales
  • Assist BU in the management of purchase, sales and inventory, give early warning and assist in proposing solutions when the inventory level Is not reasonable


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering or a related field.
  • Experience, knowledge, and understanding of the Air Conditioner industry, OBM market segments
  • Have good clients resources in HVAC industry
  • Good understanding of geography of US, with US cultural background
  • Excellent verbal, written, presentation and communication skills
  • Highly motivated, self-sufficient, and capable of managing multiple projects
  • Remote working with frequent domestic travel around US
