Key Responsibilities:

Tropicana Brands Group is looking for a highly qualified Trade Administrator Analyst to play a key role in supporting and facilitating trade promotion management (TPM) processes with a strong focus on SAP integration, in alignment with Tropicana's core values. This position involves generating tailored TPM reports utilizing SAP as the primary data source and providing valuable insights to drive business decisions. The Trade Administrator - SAP Expert will also provide comprehensive user support, including training, demonstrations, and ongoing guidance, specifically on SAP functionality related to TPM. Additionally, they will diligently track the TPM pipeline, ensuring accurate and timely updates. Acting as a liaison between the business and technical teams, this role will collaborate on design specifications and serve as the SAP subject matter expert for TPM enhancements.

Additional responsibilities include:

  • Embody GRIT, PASSION, AND PERSEVERANCE by generating ad hoc TPM reports tailored to specific user requirements, utilizing SAP as the primary data source.
  • Leverage expert knowledge of SAP to design and develop PowerBi views, pivot tables, or other data visualization tools for enhanced TPM insight and analysis.
  • Demonstrate GROW by providing comprehensive training, onboarding, and ongoing support to users, enabling them to effectively navigate SAP functionalities as they relate to TPM.
  • Embrace the value of GO by diligently tracking the TPM pipeline, proactively identifying and addressing any bottlenecks or challenges to maintain smooth progress.
  • Collaborate with the technical team, serving as the interface between the business and IT, translating business requirements into technical design documents and specifications for TPM enhancements within SAP.
  • Support the creation and maintenance of detailed technical design documentation, ensuring alignment between business needs and SAP functionalities.
  • Uphold Tropicana's commitment to sustainability by following company policies and procedures regarding TPM processes within the SAP environment.
  • Leverage SAP expertise to identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies within TPM, contributing to world-class productivity.

Professional Experience / Qualifications:

  • Exhibit a deep commitment to Tropicana's values and mission, consistently demonstrate GRIT, PASSION, AND PERSEVERANCE.
  • Hold a bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in trade promotion management or a similar role, with a strong SAP focus.
  • Proven expertise in SAP, specifically within the TPM module, with a comprehensive understanding of data extraction and reporting functionalities.
  • Proficiency in data visualization and reporting tools such as PowerBi or pivot tables, utilizing SAP as the underlying data source.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to deliver effective SAP training, provide ongoing user support, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to work with complex data sets and derive actionable insights.
  • Detail-oriented and meticulous in ensuring data integrity and accuracy within the SAP TPM system.
  • Strong project management skills, able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with the CPG industry and sales processes is a plus
