The NVIDIA Deep Learning Institute (DLI) trains developers, data scientists and researchers how to solve challenging problems using artificial intelligence, deep learning, Generative AI, accelerated computing, and the industrial metaverse. We are looking for an exceptional operations manager to join our team and drive training programs for enterprise, government and academic customers. In this role you will actively engage with customers, partners and instructors to plan and deliver high quality learning experiences. You will also will gain meaningful hands-on experience helping us design and implement systems to manage and grow the DLI training initiative.

The base salary range is 76,000 USD - 161,000 USD. Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions.

What You’ll Be Doing
You will be responsible for establishing and managing end-to-end business processes for enterprise customer training, public workshops, conference training labs, and academic Ambassador workshops, influencing thousands of people worldwide by:
- Processing orders and internal requests for 30+ workshops, conferences and similar events each month
- Guiding the planning and delivery of DLI Workshops
- Executing on training plans developed for enterprise customers
- Driving event logistics, schedule, agenda, registration, instructor assignments, and other aspects of our instructor-led training program
- Tracking and reporting on the global training pipeline
- Leading the implementation of management systems and process improvements
- Managing the onboarding, training engagements, payment processing, and daily communications with NVIDIA Training Vendors
- Supporting internal NVIDIA training, including communication and management with L&D teams
- Leading the optimization of our NVIDIA Training CRM System (Salesforce)
You have 2+ years relevant experience managing projects and processes, and enjoy coordinating with customers, either in a commercial firm or academic setting. Specifically, you have:
- Earned a four year Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent experience
- Experience planning and delivering workshops, symposiums, tutorials, or similar events
- Strong interpersonal skills and excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage schedules in a fast-paced environment
- A demonstrated ability to bring order from chaos
- Ability to organize several events in parallel
- Willingness to travel occasionally
- Manage multiple high-priority projects at one time
- Drive efforts with cross-functional teams
- Established positive relationship management skills
- Experience working with Salesforce
- Experience running corporate training events
The base salary range is 76,000 USD - 161,000 USD. Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions.
