What you’ll be doing:

  • Manage project activities and team meetings.
  • Coordinate with project team members and outside contractors.
  • Motivate and empower team members.
  • Provide clear communication to Directors and Senior Leadership.
  • Develop measurement tools to track performance after project implementation to determine overall success of the initiative.
  • Eagerness and ability to learn - absorb new information quickly.
  • Develop accurate, timely, and realistic project plans using Microsoft Project.
  • Track progress versus plan and identify potential scheduling issues early in the process.
  • Proactively develop contingency plans/creative solutions to ensure the project is completed on time.
  • Develop presentation to update senior management on project progress.
  • Evaluate tactical project decisions utilizing economic analysis.
  • Work with cross functional teams to determine key metrics that will track the project’s progress as well as its success.
  • This position requires up to 40% travel.
  • Work Schedule: Hybrid 3 days on-site per week at our corporate office in Framingham, MA or at one of our Fulfillment Centers or SDO locations.

What you bring to the table:

  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated analytical and problem solving.
  • Possess a sense of urgency required to work in a deadline driven environment.

What’s needed- Basic Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of related work experience
  • Process Excellence or PMP certification strongly preferred.

What’s needed- Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
