The Treasury Director is responsible for and manages the day-to-day activities of the organization's cash management function that includes reporting and processing banking transactions; funding and cash flow forecasting; managing the Company's investment portfolio; fostering banking relationships; and maintaining compliance with control objectives as related to cash and banking activities.

Responsibilities:

  • Take ownership and oversee a broad range of Treasury projects which may include liquidity management, cash flow forecasting, company or country specific banking solutions, post - merger integration and organizational design.
  • Prepares reports related to the cash management function and other special purpose reports as requested or apparent. This includes but is not limited to tracking, analyzing, reporting, and forecasting daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly cash positions through the creation of reports that detail cash and investment balances. Provides reports to senior accounting and finance leadership for review and in support of strategic cash decisions.
  • Coordinates and manages the opening, closing and maintenance of inventory for all corporate bank accounts and approved signatories. This includes management, tracking and record keeping for the organization's financial transactions including the endorsement of corporate checks, notes, documents, and transfer of funds (incoming, outgoing and between accounts).
  • Collaborates and coordinates with other respective departments to obtain cash flow projections. Develops charts and analysis indicating trends by day, week, month and quarter in various categories of cash usage.
  • Provide structure analysis and recommendation in support of the Company's internal activities and cash investments strategy, driving optimal returns
  • Acts as a key liaison with banks as related to the cash management and treasury functions. This includes establishing and maintaining banking relationships as well as monitoring and managing bank fees. Initiates contacts with banks when necessary to discuss related issues or challenges.


TaskUs Specific Duties:

  • Manage Debt Covenants, compliance, and on-going debt initiatives
  • Develop, implement, and maintain bank account structures and controls
  • Oversee global liquidity management, including cash positioning and forecasting
  • Partner with payroll operations and other cross-functional teams to manage funds liquidity, reconciliations, and related controls
  • Drive process improvements, automation, and scalability through implementation of treasury management systems
  • Partner with FP&A and Accounting to create long term cash forecast and support capital structure planning
  • Cross-functional work with treasury, accounting, tax, FP&A, investor relations and legal.
  • Support development and monitoring of treasury policies and internal controls
  • Integrate acquired entities treasury processes according to the integration playbook
  • Review bank account reconciliations as needed
  • Research Items for custodial accounts as needed
  • Manage other projects as required


Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor' s Degree in Accounting.
  • CPA preferred, but not required
  • 7+ years related professional accounting and finance experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and strong presentation skills
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Excellent technical knowledge of cash management processes is essential. Good business acumen and knowledge of GAAP (specifically as it applies to cash management), budgeting, accounting, finance and investment principles is required.
  • Incumbents should possess a high level of quantitative analysis and strategic business analysis skills and be able to make effective judgments and decisions on relative information.
  • Good leadership, relationship management with a wide variety of partners, collaboration, and interpersonal skills are required to perform the functions as described. A demonstrated ability to build strong relationships across functional areas is essential.
  • Incumbents need a strong detail orientation as well as good time management, decision-making and organization skills. Very good written and verbal communication and presentation skills are critical, including the ability to effectively communicate related issues to senior management.
