Location: Glendale, CA (Hybrid - Onsite 2 Days a Week)
Position Overview: As a UX Designer, you will play a key role in shaping the user experience of our clients digital products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and other designers, to create intuitive and engaging user interfaces. This hybrid position requires you to be onsite in their Glendale office four days a week, allowing for seamless collaboration and innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct user research and gather insights to inform design decisions.
Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that effectively communicate design ideas.
Collaborate with product managers and developers to ensure designs are feasible and aligned with business goals.
Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to refine and improve designs.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UX design.
Advocate for the user and ensure a user-centered design approach throughout the product development process.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, or a related field.
4+ years of experience in UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work onsite in Glendale, CA two days a week.
Employment Type: Contract
The salary range for this position is $50 to $55 per hour.
