Must Have
• At least 3 years experience in User Experience/User Interface Design with a strong portfolio showcasing successful projects
• Experience in managing User Research and Usability Testing
Proficient in Figma

Nice To Have
• Academic degree or professional certification in User Experience/User Interface
• Has also worked in actual Application Development (technical) to have an understanding of technical feasibility in terms of front-end development
• Has worked already on a similar project in the past

JOB DESCRIPTION
Hands-on experience leading, planning, and performing UX Design for solutions of large/high complexity delivering breakthrough results valued at > ***MM. Is the "Go to " "Wicked " problem solver for designing experiences across brand, category, and business unit. Works with global and regional UX Skill block leader to influence strategy, co-author / develop material, and conduct UX Design training. Works with global and regional UX Skill block leader to develop P&Client UX design standards and tools (i.e. UXDL). Collaborates with product and technology teams to finalize intuitive design, resolve design trade offs and user flow issues Teaches/Coaches others to Proficient - contributes to user experience best practices and act as an experience evangelist to the company Evaluates the usability of existing UI library properties and recommend changes where necessary Use white boards, sketches, and paper prototypes to communicate design strategy Responsible for working on scenario development, IA and Navigation, UX Strategies and managing other aspects of overall experience such as visual design (graphics, colors, buttons etc.), sitemap etc. Engages with the business development team and/or customer early on to seek a deeper appreciation of the customers' business problem/goals Prepares conceptual prototypes of sites/features (ranging from paper-and-pencil concepts to mockups, wireframes or interactive prototypes) for internal reviews Ensures that graphics and programming aspects follow the tenets of human user interface aspects and also in line with the principles of brand identity Should be aware of basic information security awareness protocols, software security in the SDLC lifecycle, and OWASP Top 10 concepts Education Requirements: Bachelors / Masters degree in Interaction Design, HCI, Design, Engineering or related field
