We are seeking a UX Designer to create effective and elegant digital touchpoints for our hospitality, real estate, and hotel clients. You are experienced in delivering a seamless and friction-free user experience that drives outcomes including conversion, bookings, and brand awareness. You apply your expertise in collaboration with technology, development, content, and design teams to produce best-in-class websites. You understand the customer journey and create intuitive, aesthetically pleasing digital design supported by research and customer insights and apply best practice expertise throughout.
Key Responsibilities:
Design user experiences that align with business strategies and objectives for the hospitality industry
Identify customer journey(s) and apply customer insights to inform experience design
Integrate brand identity, tasteful design, and visual identity throughout platforms to deliver a consistent, on-brand experience
Advise on optimizations to eliminate user friction and drive conversion
Present and demonstrate how your UX approach aligns with and satisfies user needs and business goals.
Qualifications and Skills:
User-first design approach, including customer journeys, competitor analysis, creating site layouts, and developing customer personas
Optimization and conversion focused, designing to drive desired outcomes
Skilled at expressing brand story and information communications through digital design
Strong abilities in the creation of wireframes and prototypes
Experience designing for hospitality or related industries is a plus
Fundamental understanding of development practicesFigma proficient
Employs best practices with synthesis of emerging UX trends and techniques.
