We are currently seeking a Vice President of Human Resources for our client in Chalfont, PA. This individual will be part of the senior leadership team and play a critical role in shaping our client's HR policies, procedures, and strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
Strategic HR Alignment: Collaborate with the executive team to align HR strategies with business objectives.
Employee Relations and Compliance: Oversee employee relations, compliance, and diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
Learning and Development: Drive learning and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
Talent Acquisition and Management: Lead talent acquisition efforts and manage the overall talent strategy.
Performance Management: Develop and implement performance management processes to ensure high performance and accountability.
Compensation and Benefits: Design and manage competitive compensation and benefits programs.
Employee Engagement: Foster a culture of engagement and inclusion to maintain high employee morale and retention.
Policy and Compliance: Ensure all HR policies and procedures comply with legal and ethical standards.
HR Technology and Systems: Manage HR technology and systems to improve efficiency and data management.
Budget and Resource Management: Oversee the HR budget and ensure optimal use of resources.
Legal and Ethical Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant legal and ethical standards.
Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the HR team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
Facility Management: Manage HQ facilities, ensuring a safe and productive work environment.
Event Planning: Plan and coordinate social gatherings, including the annual company gathering.
Safety Committee Resource: Serve as a resource for safety committee items, promoting a safe workplace.
Experience and Education:
Bachelor's Degree: Required in Human Resources or Business Administration.
Master's Degree: Preferred.
HR Leadership Experience: 10+ years of experience in HR leadership roles.
