Vice President Information Technology

Preferred Expertise: Staffing, Job boards, CRM, Salesforce, IT Infra, ATS, Integration systems, API and application management, AI-based platforms, Homegrown technology, Infrastructure/Cloud, SDET, Finance acumen, BI Reporting, Application Development and Technology solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute IT strategies to support the business objectives across all business units.
• Manage large Data Center, Network and Security, IT Governance, Information Security, IT Service Delivery, Projects, and Compliance.
• Managing Onsite / Remote Infrastructure management setups, managing IT infrastructure globally including multi-line business and handled complex IT infra projects onsite.
• Manage and optimize job boards and other recruitment platforms to attract skilled professionals.
• Lead the implementation and customization of CRM, Salesforce, and ATS systems to streamline operations.
• Coordinate the integration of various systems and applications to enhance efficiency and data flow.
• Drive the development and deployment of API solutions to facilitate seamless communication between systems.
• Evaluate and implement AI-based platforms to improve decision-making and automate processes.
• Oversee the development and maintenance of homegrown technologies, Legacy technology and modernization to meet specific business needs.
• Assesses needs for new equipment, software and technology. Builds and maintains relationship with outside vendors.

Qualification and Skills:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Advanced degree preferred.
• Proven experience in IT leadership roles with a track record of success.
• 15+ years of working with application development and technology solutions.
• Sound understanding of computer systems, networks, security, telecommunications, databases, and storage systems.
• Demonstrated expertise in staffing, job boards management, CRM, Salesforce, ATS systems, and API integration.
• Proficiency in managing AI-based platforms and leveraging technology for business growth.
• Experience in developing and maintaining homegrown technologies tailored to organizational needs.
• Strong understanding of infrastructure, cloud services, and SDLC practices.
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills with the ability to work effectively across global teams.
• Finance acumen with the ability to align IT strategies with financial objectives.
• Experience in BI Reporting using tools like Power BI and in moving existing reporting systems to Power BI type of platforms.
• Extensive knowledge of all relevant coding languages and security protocols.
• IT Staffing experience is a PLUS.

COMPENSATION: The base pay for this position ranges from $150,000 to $175,000 plus bonus. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Dependent on the position offered, commission, bonus, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package.
