We’re looking for a Vice President of Marketing

As a VP of Marketing for InRhythm, you will be a key player in shaping and enhancing our brand and GTM activities. Your role will involve working closely with clients, creative teams, and cross-functional departments to develop and implement impactful brand and marketing strategies.


Key Responsibilities

  • Marketing & Content Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with our brand voice and business objectives. Oversee the creation, curation, and distribution of engaging and relevant content across multiple platforms.
  • Brand Initiatives: Lead and manage brand initiatives to position our company as a thought leader in the industry. Implement strategies to highlight leadership and expertise through various channels. Develop and promote employee branding efforts to enhance company culture and attract top talent.
  • Sales Enablement: Create and maintain sales enablement tool-kits, email templates, and case studies to empower sales development efforts.
  • Demand Generation: Drive lead generation efforts and manage the marketing funnel to increase opportunities and sales. Collaborate with sales teams to align demand generation activities with sales targets and strategies.
  • Content and Thought Leadership Production: Create and promote thought leadership content, including case studies, videos, and blog posts. Collaborate with industry experts and internal teams to produce compelling content that showcases our expertise and insights. Ensure a consistent flow of high-quality content that drives engagement and positions the company as an industry leader.
  • Event Management: Plan and execute a variety of events, including workshops, speaking engagements, and internal events. Manage event logistics, including budget, scheduling, promotion, and execution. Measure and analyze event performance to ensure ROI and continuous improvement


Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • Proven experience (10+ years) in a senior marketing role, preferably in the technology consulting, professional services or financial services space
  • Experience working in a fast-paced hands-on environment
  • Excellent strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
  • Expertise in product positioning and product marketing
  • Demonstrated success in developing and implementing successful marketing campaigns
  • Proficiency in digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with marketing analytics tools
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box
  • Results-oriented and able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Within a commutable distance to NYC

The base pay offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on level and position offered.
