Job Details
The Vice President of Business Development is a key leader in driving the growth and expansion of the organization. This role’s primary focus will be on identifying and securing new business opportunities, forging strategic partnerships, and nurturing client relationships to enhance the company’s market presence and revenue streams.
10+ Years of Experience in business development and marketing preferred
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Construction Management, or related field preferred
Driver’s license required
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Strong understanding of construction processes, industry regulations, and market
Ability to multi-task and be detail oriented in a fast-paced work environment
Ability to read people and adapt your approach to achieve results
Effective contributor and team player, which can plan and organize a team with the capacity to motivate and boost morale
Strategic thinker with ability to identify and capitalize on market opportunities
Sage Project Management, Procore, MS Office knowledge preferred
Occasional overnight travel required
