We are poised to make a significant impact and are seeking a dedicated and experienced Vice President of Operations to join our leadership team.

The Role

The Vice President of Operations will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing our company’s operations, ensuring the seamless delivery of our products and services. This role is pivotal in driving operational excellence, cost efficiency, and customer satisfaction on a global scale.

Key Responsibilities:

• Vendor and Supplier Management: Oversee relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure quality, reliability, and cost-effectiveness. Negotiate contracts and manage ongoing performance to meet business needs.
• Cost Management: Optimize the costs of delivering our services, identifying opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
• Onboarding and Training: Lead the onboarding and training department to ensure new clients are effectively integrated into our platform and receive the necessary training for success.
• Customer Support: Oversee the customer support department to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and timely resolution of issues.
• Data Migrations: Manage data migrations, optimizing the efficiency and speed of conversions from other providers to our platform, ensuring a seamless transition for new clients.
• Operational Strategy: Develop and implement the operational strategy for delivering our products and services to customers, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
• Internationalization: Manage the internationalization of our service delivery, ensuring our operations are capable of supporting a global customer base.
• Budget Management: Develop, manage, and oversee the operational budget, ensuring financial efficiency and alignment with company goals.

What We're Looking For:

• 10-15+ years of relevant experience in operations management, preferably within a technology or SaaS company.
• 5-7+ years in a senior leadership role with a proven track record in managing complex projects and cross-functional teams.
• Demonstrated success in vendor and supplier management, cost management, operational optimization, and strategic planning.
• Strong project management skills with demonstrated success in managing complex projects and cross-functional teams.
• Strong leadership and people management skills, with experience overseeing multiple departments.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to develop and execute strategic plans.
• Proven experience in budget management and financial oversight.
• Experience with learning management and customer service platforms
• Experience with an early-stage company is preferred
• Experience with data migrations and understanding of the technical and operational challenges involved is a plus
• International experience is preferred
