The VP of Operations is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the manufacturing facility. The VP of Operations is the on-site executive who will oversee manufacturing, purchasing, manufacturing engineering and logistics. Position is located in the OK/MO/KS area of the country, specific location to be disclosed in interview process.

Vice President Of Operations Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Ten years’ experience in manufacturing within a related manufacturing industry, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role.
• Extensive related operations/manufacturing experience.
• Extensive CNC experience/knowledge
• Ability to work in a matrix environment and coordinate projects across functions, sites, and business units. Able to collaborate with others.
• Supply Chain experience is a plus

• Direct all on-site manufacturing
• Accountable for the overall financial performance of the site
• Collaborate with key stakeholders
• Responsible for selecting, training, motivating and developing staff.
• Establish and promote a safety and quality mindset across the site.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives.
